Electronic database includes data relating to the registered trademarks and filed applications to register trademarks.

Data is updated on 25th-27th day every month according to the data of the Register of Trademarks of the present month published in the Official Gazette of the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania (SPB) and applications to register trademarks received till 2010-08-11.

Although this database is an exact copy of the data stored in the Register of Trademarks of the Republic of Lithuania, the presented information has no legal force and is provided on public informing purpose.

Interested persons requesting to get an official confirmation of the legal status of the trademark must apply to the SPB as provided by legal acts for the extract from the Register of Trademarks or confirmed copy of the application. Information about fees is presented in the chapter “Fees”.
