The State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania is the executive body of the Republic of Lithuania, State budgetary agency carrying out the state legal protection of industrial property (inventions, designs, trademarks and service marks, semiconductor product topographies) in Lithuania and central industrial property office functions in European Union.

The State Patent Bureau carrying out its tasks publishes the Official Gazette “Inventions. Designs. Trade Marks.”, Patent Specifications and Annual Reports.

Data on Industrial Property protected in the Republic of Lithuania are included also into Database of the Patents of the Republic of Lithuania, Database of the European Patents entered into force in the Republic of Lithuania, Database of Trademarks of the Republic of Lithuania, Database of the Design of the Republic of Lithuania and into databases of European Patent Office, Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and World Intellectual Property Organization:
